How quickly can you fit a new boiler?
For straightforward combi swaps, we can often be there the next working day once you've accepted the quote. More complex jobs — system boilers, relocations, full upgrades — typically go in within 3–5 working days. If your current boiler has failed and you've got no heat, tell us on the call and we'll prioritise you.
What's actually included in the fixed price?
The boiler itself, full installation by a Gas Safe registered engineer, a system flush, a magnetic filter, removal and disposal of your old boiler, manufacturer warranty registration, a Gas Safe certificate, and clean-up when we leave. No surprise extras added on the day.
Do you offer finance on new boilers?
Yes — on installations over £2,000 we can offer 0% interest options and longer-term finance plans, subject to status. We'll talk you through the options during the quote so you can see the monthly cost before committing.
Which boiler brand should I pick?
For most Birmingham homes we recommend Worcester Bosch or Vaillant — they're reliable, parts are everywhere, and the warranties are the best in the industry. Ideal and Baxi are solid budget options, and Biasi or Glow-worm work well when budget is tight. We'll recommend based on your property, not on what earns us the most commission.
Is the engineer definitely Gas Safe registered?
Every engineer on our team is Gas Safe registered — the legal requirement for any gas work in the UK. We'll show you the card when we arrive. You can also verify us on the Gas Safe Register website any time.
What if something goes wrong after installation?
You're covered by the manufacturer's warranty (minimum 5 years on every boiler we fit) and our own workmanship guarantee. If anything isn't right after fitting, we come back and sort it — no charge, no fuss.
Do you install for landlords?
Yes, we install for landlords and letting agents across the West Midlands. We can coordinate with tenants directly, provide the Gas Safe certificate, and invoice the landlord. Multi-property discounts available.
